Reward travel cannot be booked unless the member has enough points in their TrainTicketsBooking Guest Rewards account at the time of reservation. Members are allowed to use their points to book travel for others, but once tickets and travel documents are issued, they are non-transferable.
For each adult included in a reservation, only one child (aged 2–12) may travel at half the standard fare when points are redeemed. Infants under the age of 2 can travel for free without a ticket if they do not occupy a separate seat. If a seat is needed, points must be used according to child fare rules.
Reward tickets must not be sold, exchanged, or traded, except as permitted under official programs supported by TrainTicketsBooking Services. These tickets hold no cash value.

Risk-Free Cancellation
For all reserved fares purchased from TrainTicketsbooking Services via cash*, credit card, or debit card, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment if the ticket is canceled within 24 hours of the time of purchase and prior to the scheduled departure. Tickets for unreserved services must be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Unused tickets not canceled prior to departure are forfeited.
“No Show” Policy
