**Redemption Travel Policy –
TrainTicketsBooking Services**
Reward travel cannot be booked unless the member has enough points in their TrainTicketsBooking Guest Rewards account at the time of reservation. Members are allowed to use their points to book travel for others, but once tickets and travel documents are issued, they are non-transferable.
For each adult included in a reservation, only one child (aged 2–12) may travel at half the standard fare when points are redeemed. Infants under the age of 2 can travel for free without a ticket if they do not occupy a separate seat. If a seat is needed, points must be used according to child fare rules.
Reward tickets must not be sold, exchanged, or traded, except as permitted under official programs supported by TrainTicketsBooking Services. These tickets hold no cash value.
**Accessible Travel for Passengers with Disabilities**
Online reservations for passengers with disabilities are currently limited to one-way or round-trip journeys for one adult or child passenger and a single companion eligible for a discounted fare. These discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless explicitly allowed in the program’s terms.
To obtain the discounted fare, passengers must provide written proof of disability at the ticket counter and during boarding. If booking an accessible bedroom, passengers must confirm that they require the room’s accessible features to receive the applicable discount.
TrainTicketsBooking train personnel are not allowed to provide personal care assistance. Travelers who need such support must bring a companion or attendant. Wheeled mobility devices must not exceed 30 inches (76 cm) in width, 48 inches (122 cm) in length, and must have a minimum ground clearance of 2 inches (5 cm). The weight limit for occupied mobility devices is 600 lbs (273 kg). Both manual and powered devices are permitted.

**Multi-Ride Pass Usage**
Passengers with multi-ride passes must confirm each trip (train and date) using Ride Reserve before boarding. Monthly and six-ride passes are non-transferable. If monthly passes are not picked up by the first day of the travel month, they will be automatically canceled and may be subject to refund limitations.
Ten-ride passes are typically non-transferable. However, on the Pacific Surfliner route, multiple passengers may use a ten-ride pass at the same time. Seating availability is not guaranteed and may vary by train.
Tickets are valid for travel or refund for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Reservations must be made when required. Tickets are non-transferable. If a passenger fails to board the train as reserved, their entire booking may be canceled.

**Passenger Eligibility and Conduct**
To maintain safety and a quality travel experience, TrainTicketsBooking Services reserves the right to deny service to individuals who:
– Do not have a valid ticket or have not paid the fare.
– Hold multi-ride tickets but fail to confirm travel via RideReserve when required.
– Attempt to use a ticket purchased through an unauthorized third party. Only TrainTicketsBooking Services or approved agents may issue valid tickets. Tickets from unauthorized sources are invalid and non-refundable.
– Display disruptive or inappropriate behavior (e.g., intoxication, drug influence).
– Exhibit poor hygiene that may disturb others.
– Pose a threat to the safety or well-being of passengers or employees.
– Refuse to comply with TrainTicketsBooking safety or security procedures or staff instructions.
– Travel with animals that do not meet TrainTicketsBooking’s guidelines (e.g., uncontrolled, aggressive, disruptive, or not house-trained).
– Require services beyond what TrainTicketsBooking personnel can legally or reasonably provide.
– Decline security inspections of themselves or their luggage, either onboard or at designated facilities such as platforms or boarding areas.

Fares, Modifications, and Refunds
About Fares
TrainTicketsbooking Services will make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all published fares but reserves the right to correct any erroneously published fare not intended for sale. In the event of such an error and issuance of a ticket, TrainTicketsbooking Services reserves the right to cancel the ticket and refund the total amount paid by the purchaser in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
TrainTicketsbooking Services reserves the right to limit the number of tickets sold at a given fare amount.
For reserved services, a range of fares may apply. TrainTicketsbooking Services will quote and price your travel at the lowest fare available for each class at the time of reservation.
On unreserved services, the lowest fares may be restricted during peak travel periods.
When itinerary changes are permitted, a difference in fare may apply.
Some discount fares may be non-changeable and only partially refundable.
Fares are not guaranteed until TrainTicketsbooking Services provides you with a reservation confirmation.

Risk-Free Cancellation
For all reserved fares purchased from TrainTicketsbooking Services via cash*, credit card, or debit card, a full refund will be issued to the original form of payment if the ticket is canceled within 24 hours of the time of purchase and prior to the scheduled departure. Tickets for unreserved services must be canceled within 1 hour of purchase. Unused tickets not canceled prior to departure are forfeited.
“No Show” Policy
Subject to applicable cancellation policies in these terms and conditions, all fares are non-refundable and non-changeable after departure. Passengers who “no show” or do not cancel prior to departure forfeit the entire value of their “no show” segment. This policy applies to tickets paid in USD (including via Gift Certificate) as well as tickets paid with TrainTicketsbooking Services Guest Rewards points.
